Specificity

Monospecific for Apolipoprotein E by immunoelectrophoresis when tested against pooled human plasma and twice concentrated pooled human serum. Reacts with Apo E isoforms E2, E3 and E4 by Western blot.

Storage and Stability

Maintain for 1 year at -20°C from date of shipment. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
